IMO Car Wash

Top wash waste of money.
DON'T USE ON BLACK CAR.
Picked top wash/wax £12 on my new black car for first time.
Totally disappointed and frankly peed off when I got home only 4 miles away (dry sunny day) to see the results.
Was reside dirt, wax or polish sprayed on both front doors coming from wing mirror area.
The bonnet, front corners and grill area have large areas of droplet staining and areas that area still dirty. Worst was the boot which is still dirty and covered in small grit particals.
Wasn't in a position where I could go back to the carwash that day so rang the phone number over & over to complain.
Tried calling over 20 times next 24hrs but no answer.
Took me over 3 hours to carefully rinse off the grit and polish out the droplet staining which was obviously the polish or wax that was used in the car wash because of how difficult it was for me to polish out.
Zoom into photos to see what the car was left behind. Obviously can't appreciate the full effect by the photos alone but you can see the main mess.

Using IMO for several years and always been happy with service and support for taxis is great bonus.

But since new members of stuff have taken over the quality of service has significantly decreased.
Pre-wash is done very quick and there is no attention to basic things, like fly’s on windscreen or trim and wheels.
Several times they put wrong settings on washing system instead of triple foam - basics wash.
Smell in the washer indicate that it’s not been cleaned properly and most of sprayers are blocked so costumer do not get shampoos and wax they pay for.
And they struggle with operation of machine as have seen them physically pushing cars in to the washer.🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ I hope management can get this sorted and we will get back our favourite car wash soon.

If you have a working car! you can wash here. Your enemy's car, welcome. But don't wash your car here. I stopped by to wash my car here, the line stopped halfway through the wash. The workers began to regulate the distance between the cars, as a result, I was knocked twice on the rear bumper. Then they kicked us out into the street and decided to finish the washes with dry rags. They didn’t apologize, they didn’t return the money, they just rubbed the dirt on the cars.

It packed up half way through the wash so the roof brush stayed in one place for ages and the drying hot air and dangly things didn’t dry the car. Drive back around to tell them of the problem and just got a load of broken English verbal about it not being his fault. I’d never said it was his fault, just that it wasn’t working! But then, they seemed to be aware of that anyway and just didn’t care!

Not sure how you can wax lyrical about an automated car wash but here goes service is generally good but depends on who is pre washing your car and how busy they are other than that it's just a case of sitting there while the machine does its job

My son visited the boston branch yesterday and his car didn't look hardly any cleaner then when it went in !! No jet wash used or pre wash on wheels!! Very disappointed 😞

A good and quick car wash that does the job for a good price.

Terrible job on my car last time been going for year got home this time and back of car still dirty they seem to rush things too much
