Waves Hand Car Wash Kings Lynn

Excellent Service!
I've been using this hand car wash for over a year now and it couldn't be easier and more convenient.
You drop your car, go shopping and by the time you're done, usually, so are they.
They give an absolutely outstanding service, full valet on every type of vehicle for an utterly reasonable price.
The only caveat would be to allow for extra time on weekends as they do get very busy.
I would recommend this car wash to anyone expecting higher standard service.

For 20 pound I had choc on the seats still. Car was dripping wet and wasn’t dried at all. A lot better car washes for 10 pound cheaper in the Area. They are also the slowest

Changed from 5 stars which was given to the previous owner. Now I have to change to 1 star. Hadn't been here for a while, I really needed my car cleaned inside and out. The price had gone up a fiver which I wasn't buzzing about but I was desperate. I can see from a review 2 weeks ago the same thing happened. I was told an hour so went back when told to do so. My car was still sitting there dirty and untouched! I couldn't wait for it to be done because I had work to get to. Left fuming! They wasted my time.

I came here to get my car washed after I check I noticed that part of the wheels was still Dirty and I paid £9 when they told me it was £7 and didn’t do a good job I would never use this again when I’m in lynn I will wait to use at Tesco Milton

Used the Waves car wash at tesco on the hardwick estate in King's Lynn today.
I usually wash my car at home but have been unable to do so due to injury , so after visiting this particular car wash last year I decided to visit them again. I'd like to add that last year I was very happy with the job they had done.

I keep a very clean car and usually take a lot of pride in cleaning it myself, so it doesn't really need to much hard work to clean.

Today I was extremely disappointed. At a distance my car looked nice and shiny. But as I approached I could see water marks from the wing mirror. So seeing this I made a point of wiping it myself. Unfortunately when I got home and on closer inspection I could see dried birds mess on the roof and a lot of water marks around the boot and bonnet. The boots interior also looked like it had hardly been touched.

At home I then had to get my own hoover out and shammy leather to finish the apparent slap dash job they had done.
£25 I paid for the privilege to then have to do it again.
Unfortunately I will not be returning and will not be recommending this car wash to any of my friends or family.
Another point I need to make is that my car didn't have that clean car smell that you come to expect.
Maybe the team has changed but I think for £25 I would have expected a much better job.
Sadly disappointed.

Amazing job done on my very dirty 7 seater , the guys really earned their money gosh its like new , and such very polite lovely people , thank you guys .

Waves have always done a stellar cleaning job on our vehicles. Well done
