W I I Clean

I took my new VW Jetta for a full valet and they have somehow managed to shut something in the door and scratch paint off of my door and put 3 dents in my wing. I tried to discuss it with the guy and all he would say was "we take no responsibility we did not do this". I would stay well clear and I shall be following through with trading standards. Very poor service i'm not happy.

Update, after further investigation I have also found staining to my passenger seat and damage to the rear bumper. I shall be going forward with legal action.

These guys provide a great service at this drive-thru valet centre. The staff are really friendly and helpful regardless of any busy times you visit. I am always proud of sharing with others how they provide great advice and tips on how to look after my car. My car literally looked brand new when I got it back. Would highly recommend using WII Clean valeting center.

Avoid this place like the plague great valet workers but the boss still thinks he's in Iraq no etiquette on how to talk to customers. Clearly only used to talking to street rats.

Agreed a price with the workers and the boss comes out saying no the wrongs price was given so pay extra once the work was done ...err no that's not how it works mate. "I told you then price when you come here" actually ive never met you or talked to you. Then he starts eye balling me thinking I'd get scared I walked towards him all 6ft 3 inches of me and put him in his 5ft something inches place and he eventually said sorry.

Worst car wash experience ever.

Worst experience 1st time and last time My garden horse pipe has more power than ur jet wash no wax or proper spray foam its like they running a buisness washing cars with fairy in a bucket and a sponge Honestly left white patches all over my car after the wash

Dropped off car in morning for a mini valet and was done 1.30, perfect job!

Good price for valet and car clean.
