Unreal service, I drove in a couple days ago just after a quick wash for my vw polo... somehow the boys pulled through and people now think I'm driving a golf r. Madness. 10/10. I live in Chester but it's definitely worth the drive every weekend.

Fast wash, good service.. try weekend morning times, noon starts getting busy. They clean very nice and with care. No faults to complain. We tried a few others, but they are our favourites.

My wife got her car washed and for 3.50 I was impressed given the time taken and how it was cleaned. However I took my own car yesterday and it was literally a quick 2 minute job with no care taken at all. Car still has dirt on it just like it did when it went in. The wash standards must depend on who you get as there was a vast difference in quality and standards. There's a guy with a baseball cap when I went with my wife who washed her car and he was great, however the english chap who washed mine didn't have the same standards. A shame really as it seems like it could be a really good car wash/valet.

The BEST car wash in Blackburn! They do such an amazing job, they wont stop until the car is sparkling clean. Couldn’t recommend enough. 10/10 🤗

Car was cleaned and polished well, unfortunately saying it was going to be an hour, but took closer to 2 hours, to be fair only 2 people were working with quite a few cars on the go.

Great job removing the stains in a newly purchased pre-owned car. Smells much better and can tell there was a lot of time put in. Would put 5 stars, however, parts were missed inside the car. Boot was still dirty but can tell it had been at least hoovered out and the inside of the dashboard hadn't been cleaned out.

This is my 4th trip to Sparkles and the same outcome. Every time the female is there things seam to move very slow. The boss with the hat and the English worker with the hat are the only ones that seem to care about working and are actually nice. But no matter how busy it is, this lady doesn’t seem to ever go out in the rain. The thing that shocked me the most was that when I tipped the workers, I have seen her put the money in her bag and walk away. It’s a great shame as the quality of work is amazing. My advice if there go to the guys with the hats.
