IMO Car Wash

car came out covered in grit, dirty and scatched. manager has no interest and fobs you off to head office and head office play the corporate card and say they refuse to accept liability and you have to pay to challange them! disgraceful customer service amd a lot of money to still have a dirty car! avoid like the plague

Big sign on the main road saying contactless payment offered. Cash only every time you pull in. Either take the sign down or accept cards.

The IMO car wash is okay and the staff are friendly and the car does a good job
But last time I visited as I was coming to the end of the wash I heard a bang and found that my rear wiper blade and arm was bent and broken, I reported it to the manager who helped me fill in a incident form out and he told me that they would be in touch with in four days I am still waiting so I sent an email to customer services and and no reply.

Had a miscommunication about the appointment, we were a week apart but to their credit they still did the car on the day I thought it was. Great job, did a really decent job on the interior and outside was lovely and shiny again. Will definitely use again, as will the family.

Here they are friendly, efficient, and always more of a thorough clean than your standard automated drive-thru machines. The part hand wash, part machine wash model is always best in my opinion. This site though, the two young lads on duty doing an admirable effort on what was a very warm and busy day for them.

Scam artists! I prepaid £9 for a wash on the app turned up and they said it was cash only. I explained that I had already paid and he said the computers down it goes down all the time, I said yeah but you can obviously see I have paid for a wash he said he didn’t care and I could go to leyland or horwich or I could come back again within 30 days I said what good is that if the computer is always down and he shrugged.
