Toms hand car wash and valeting service

Unfortunately I cannot rate this place. Miserable staff, no thank you or courtesy. The body was cleaned well, but the wheels never had a brush touch them, just a jet wash to the wheels. The wheels were not terribly dirty before cleaning, but not cleaning with a brush is sloppy. The inside was cleaned well, but the polished used was not buffed away properly in several areas. Speedy clean though! Cost £12

Always a great service on all of our fleet cars, staff are friendly and helpful and do a great job of the cars and at a fantastic price.

Would highly recommend the team here in Belper.

Cannot rate this service at all.
Today asked for service 3... cost £17.00 as I did last month. This time at collection they charged me £23.00 stating that my LR Evoque was 4x4 'AS ALL LandRovers ARE' they argued, like I didn't know my own carp and conveniently 'didn't remember ' the last time. For information All SE TD 4 Evoque models as mine is are 2 wheel drive.
Poor service, poor job. Not recommended. Not going back

Great service, popped in ahead of daughters prom and the guys did a fabulous job. Super polite, friendly and a super shiny car!

Brilliant and reasonably priced ,third visit and was as good as the first ! Highly recommend . Still return to get my car washed ,never disappointed !

I took my car for a full valet and because my car had a lot of dog fur in they charged more, to be fair.. it was a LOT of fur.
I was totally blown away by how clean my car was when I picked it up! They even got all the fur out of the car which in itself made the valet worth every penny. Would definitely return and recommend.

Had a sim stolen from my arm rest, when I realised it had already footed up £700 of calls to Poland. Never used to them again!
