Waves Hand Car Wash Baldock

Went shopping at Tesco so thought it convenient to get the car washed while it was there. Asked for outside basic wash only, the guy we spoke to joked & said 'only outside not full valet'? We said NO & he replied 'only joking I just want to make more money'! Came to pick up car & got charged £20, when I questioned the price he said 'that's because we waxed & coated it in a special solution' - I told him we didn't ask for that & he replied with a smirk 'yes, but you didn't tell me not to'!

Wonderful service, only asked for an outside clean, but off their own back they did internal too. Very much appreciated.
My car has never been so clean. Thank you so much. Will come back again.

Use to be really good. New people now run it and my car has now grown in size, and it now costs £60 for a valet that use to cost £30. Lost this customer and I've heard may other stories like it.

Terrible service and extortionate prices. The man pointed out a mud mark on my car and made a point to say he wasn’t going to clean it because I only paid the “cheaper” price! The cheaper price was still £20, which is much more expensive than other places.
