Shocking car wash. The last time I went the chap gave me the price and I said okay, he then said it would be extra if I wanted it drying! Got home and the car was still dirty and wheels half done. Thought this was perhaps just a one off and as my vehicle was in desperate need of a wash before I went away I returned. Wish I hadn’t, panels were still dirty, wheels dirty, glass dirty. By far the worst car wash I have ever used. Avoid at all costs.

Gold service lived up to it's name. No swirl marks at all on a recently buffed and polished car (despite previous reviews). Excellent attention to detail on the inside too. 4 stars not 5 because he tried to sell me the gold service as £20 instead of £15 as stated on the sign.

Very disappointed in this service after getting the diamond valet was in a rush when picked it back up and all looked OK as was clean. After getting home was really no impressed but after looking at the quality of the work I really don't think they know what they are doing, just washing and basic clean probably fine but don't think any of them have been thought how to valet. I had a stain on the roof which was to be shampooed out, which they scrubbed it and basically ruined the felt roof, also looking in all the nooks and crannies and all is still untuched dirty not even attempted to clean same with the heating vents apart from the front being sprayed and wipped inside the first grill was dirty untuched. Don't think they really know how to do a full valet and the last thing I will mention is the cleaning of the wheels 3 of them where great blacked looked nice they must of forgot about the drivers wheel honest mistake if busy but they told me how quite it was all day. Needless to say will not be returning and can't be bothered to take the issue about the roof further. Clueless...

This is an excellent, good quality and great value car valet. The team are really friendly and although my car was messy inside, it came out looking brand new! I have brought my previous car here lots of times but it is the first time for this car, and I have never had a car valeted to such a high standard.

Left my Beetle with them for an hour while I had a nip round Morrie's. I just can't believe how clean they got it. The car has never looked so good and I really am delighted, thank you

Very poor. £6 for quick wash. Wheels not even touched. Mega quick wipe off with a blade n flick off cloth about.

Been better off doing it myself which had to do after. Lowest standard hand car wash ever been to.

I had my car washed yesterday and there were more streaks left on the windows than ever, this was despite me pointing them out & him going over the windows again. This isnt the first time I've been left disappointed with the service. I only went there as it is close to where i live & i hadnt much time. I won't be using it again.

As the prices go up, the quality goes down. Very poor cleaning the windscreen, nearside rear window still had streaks that were on there when I brought it for a valet
