Use both the A10 and wear for the first time but have known about the company for many years great customer service and an excellent job thank you to the guys and Jo.

This place used to be good. On my 2nd last visit my wash was interrupted for several minutes while the cleaners had an argument over the distribution of tips. On both my last 2 visits the guy walked around my car about 10 times and never thought the wing mirrors might need cleaning. Then yesterday to top it off, the clean was lackluster & done with a dirty rag picked up off the ground, the car wasn't dried and is covered in water marks & my front door window trims have been damaged by whatever cheap substance they sprayed on my car.

I’ve been going to them for years. They used to leather round the door shuts and then that was stopped. A couple of the guys would blast round them with the jet washer, so I let it go. I’ve always been extremely happy but recently the prices have gone up. Understandable with the current economic climate but the quality of the work has severely deteriorated. My alloy wheels are often only half done. They miss the bottom of the tyres when applying the tyre dressing, so I do it myself when I get home. I haven’t been for over a month now. I own several cars and often take two a week. More often if the weather has been bad. I will keep an eye on the reviews to see if I will return. In the meantime have found somewhere else to go. I hope the management read this and improve things soon, as it was my “go to” place

Very friendly workers. They done a great job on cleaning the inside and outside of my car. Comfortable place to sit whilst waiting for the staff to finish. Worth the money.

Have used this place for years and always had a great experience. Cost has now doubled (I expected it to go up), however my car since the rise is not cleaned properly. Never do inside the doors now and car left so wet that car is covered in wet streaks by the time I get home. So I understand the price raise but not the huge drop in service levels. Sad but time to move on

What they managed to achieve in 25mins quick wash and clean is amazing. I'll be back for a proper valet of my car. Excellent customer service. Thank you again so much.

Very poor service, second time they have broken my wiper blades, this time just left in the car and not said anything! Now blaming bad workmanship on fitting the blades or that the wipers wear no good! What a terrible way to treat customers and cars! Apparently it’s never happened before! So it’s down to the car! Shocking customer service even if I was rude! You’ve broken my car twice, I know things can go wrong but this is a joke! No care is taken in this place get it done as quick as possible!
