Went to get my car washed decided on the silver inside and out the price was on the wall at £18, I asked about the price the guy wanted more then the advertised price he said because my car was dirty I said I was only prepared to pay the advertised price he said I should pay what he wanted and be thankful. I should be thankful that he wanted to over charge me how rude. Why would I bring a clean car to a car wash. I would not recommend this company.

Appalling quality!!!
Went shopping on Sunday and left my car at the car wash (as I used to do for many years before). Noticed that the guys are new, but didn't bother and decided to give them a chance. Came back to find that the price went up to £25. I was shocked by the sudden price increase and decided not to tip. Got to my car and noticed marks on the dash etc. Once out in the daylight I could clearly see that my car was as dirty on the inside as it was in the first place. Even the rear view mirror wasn't cleaned at all. Was furious, went back there and asked the guy if the car was clean to him? He nodded, took a cloth and superficially started to wipe - with no actual result. Didn't even apologise.
Never going back there again! A shame!

Appalling quality!!! About 3 weeks ago I paid £25 for my car to be cleaned both inside and outside. However, it was not properly cleaned. Door frames around hinges, boot and wheel cups weren't fully cleaned and black gunk was still visible. Carpets were not properly vacuumed. Water was still dripping inside the boot (probably coz of the jet wash). When I complained the person asked me to wait (with an aggressive tone) and started wiping the gunk with a towel! Valet service is run by a new owner and their quality of service is appalling. Also, ICC should be responsible about who they permit to run car wash and allow to charge £25 for such a shoddy job. The previous owner was really good and reasonably priced. My family has been using the ICC valet car wash service for almost 3 years now. However, will not be using it again.

This car wash ruined all the plastics on my car with some sort of acid they've sprayed on it. The marks won't go I'm horrified as it's all I can see when I look at it. They gave me £10 back from a 30 pound car wash and all they could do was say sorry. They've literally ruined my car, I will be taking this further as it's unacceptable to ruin someone's belongings and not take responsibility.

This place is truly terrible I spent 30 pound for it to be cleaned inside and out. There was still bird poo on it the windows were not done properly . I mean I could write along list but I cannot be bothered. Please do not use this car wash absolutely terrible
