They do an ok job, very rushed & little areas missed but because of this. I drive a transit van & feel i get over charged over 4x4's because i only have 2 doors which they wipe round, (cars have 5 doors if you include the boot) & i also only have 3 Windows to clean so the extra charge isn't justified, ok for cars but not vans.

When I first started coming here I couldn't fault it, they always made my car look brand new, but I think with the popularity of it now, the standards have dropped a little.
I had my car washed recently and the door sills weren't polished and my car still had a 'bug beard' at the front. The windscreen also had some dead bugs on it that had been there a couple days, and the shiny-ness had been ruined a little by water marks that hadn't been polished off.
When you get the inside cleaned, you used to be able to get a free hot drink, but there's not been a working machine there for years. And they no longer do the air fresheners for a free wash! Or if they do, I've not had one the last few times.
The people however are lovely and they are really well priced, I just wish the quality was what it used to be!

Took my partners car there the other day. They washed it but then didnt dry it off properly. They opened the drivers door and took money. They didnt wipe around car doors or put on the tyre stuff on. We then got home and there was lots of dirt still on the back door and all around the front fog lights! Waste of money, ended up doing it ourselves! Or take your car to the car wash in newark near lidl, much better service for your money

Poor car wash, very little soap used, missed lots of spots on the car and didn’t even wash the wheels. Very poor service I won’t be returning ever. I would not recommend definitely not for 7 pound rip off.

Very un poly employees shouting to customer they don’t visible displayed the prices they just ask as much they want one day you can pay 20£ and the next day for the same service 40£ . You may spend 2 hours for washing your car and if you are not happy they just tell you to go

They were so busy and short staffed cars queuing outside but they done a good job. Patience needed, if you don't have patience then move on that simple.

Expensive for what they actually clean nowadays.
It USED to be a good service.
Today the wheels weren't cleaned. The doors weren't cleaned at the bottom. The boot edges weren't cleaned or rinsed. The tyres weren't dressed.
