Earthshine Mobile Valeting

If you want a good service, DON'T use this company. I tried to call on the mobile number given on the website but after a few rings it cut off (user busy). Admittedly, a short time after I received a text asking what my call was regarding. I asked (by text) for a quote for a full valet on my car which I did receive a response with the quote. In the two days after that text I have tried to call to book an appointment but I kept getting 'user busy' messages and I have left further texts also to book a full valet. None of my phone calls or texts have been answered. I find that to be unprofessional and ignorant. If they can't be trusted with a simple thing like making a phone call or sending a text then they sure as hell can't be trusted to clean a car. Rubbish customer service!!
P.S. I am being made to rate with one star before I can post this review. They are not worth the one!

Brilliant service from start to finish. My car looks and smells amazing, so much cleaner than when I collected it from the dealership.
Will definitely be booking in again.
