Attended to the car wash this afternoon to get my car cleaned with a service 4 as I have been doing for many years. Managed to get in straight away with multiple people working on my vehicle at the same time to ensure a quick but good clean. They have a nice spacious waiting area where I was offered tea and coffee on multiple occasions. Spoke to multiple members of staff who were kind, friendly and helpful and my vehicle was all done within 15 minutes! Would recommend this car wash to anyone and will continue to attend!

I have a 3 year old Tesla 3 and every time I leave A&D Car care it looks like a brand new car. Very friendly, professional and good value. Highly recommended. They do a great job.

Originally price wasn't as agreed over phone but once explained got a fair price and added shampooing to car seats. All done quickly and to a high standard - inside and outside with tricky to remove dog hair - 40 mins for a large estate. Good value, you could spend much more for the same elsewhere, and friendly, decent manager.

I’ve used A & D several times over the last couple of years. The quality of the cleaning is excellent. They cope well with the family car which tends to be well used. It always comes back feeling like it did coming from the dealer! The queues on Saturday afternoons tell the story of how well people regard them. I went today with the family car and will be back to have our other car cleaned tomorrow.

First time user of this company. Yes I do read reviews but like to experience the company myself & will always give unbiased
reviews. The guys were really lovely. I was met with friendly, courteous staff, Robert & Tony. I handed my keys over to my neglected, needing TLC car not knowing what to expect.
I was pleasantly surprised. They done an excellent job on the exterior & interior. All under 20mins while I sat in a clean reception area., offered tea or coffee. Yes the time I got home, some small amount of water had found itself to drip through but this is expected. I get this when I wash my own car. And it was alot less than when I wash my car. I have no doubt that if you do have a problem, they will endeavour to resolve it. If you are that critical & use website like these to voice your opinion in a negative way, then best you can do is wash it yourself & that way you can't moan!! The guys are just trying to make a living not scam anyone.
How they do so many vehicles a day, is a credit to them as I can't do one without suffering!

Robert and rest of A&D Team delivered yet another first class valet service. This time some horrendous mould in seats from my daughters discarded car has unbelievably come up like new. Amazing work. Many thanks again. Am a regular very satisfied customer. Ian

Use this car wash regularly and always get friendly service. On the last occasion my son’s squishy toy had exploded sending small, slimy water beads all over the inside of the car. A&D cleaned it thoroughly and I was really impressed. Thanks guys!

I went to this car wash for the first time today, 25th Sept 2021, since its close to me. Had never tried them before. My car is almost new and hardly any dirty, mainly had to get the hoover done and internal surfaces cleaned with a wet cloth.

I bought the Service 5 for £33. Compared to others this price is £13 more expensive. Which for me is not an issue.

The inside cleaning job of the surfaces (not vacuuming) was poorly done and rushed, there was no cars behind me. The surfaces (dashboard, seats, door handles etc) were not cleaned, sloppy hands, I could still see marks very clearly see pictures.

When I pointed out that the dashboard and the driver's arms rest area is not cleaned, one of the elderly workers attempted to hand me the cloth and said do it yourself. I rejected instantly. Extremely shocking customer service!

They did try to clean again those areas I pointed out but again useless job. I paid £28 and left the car wash. I went home and had to get wipes to clean the car again from inside.

This car wash is good for outside car waxing , but not it comes to internal cleaning of dashboard, seats etc. Disappointed and will not use again, I can get far better value in other car washes in Farnham and Aldershot who genuinely take pride in cleaning a car.
