Expensive but brilliant service. Went camping and had the car stinking and looking grim from the inside and pretty dusty and old on the outside. The boot lining was pretty much filled with sand as well. These guys had the car looking back to new within an hour. Had even waxed the car so there are no more stains left on the car on a rainy day.

Best thing I found was that the staff was very friendly.

The only setback is that there's not much to do around the area while you wait for the car to get cleaned. I walked around Tesco's for a bit but then got bored.

There's a KFC nearby and a Krispy Kremes Cafe. It's a good idea to get doughnuts and a chill of coffee while you wait.

DO NOT USE! Paid these guys £22 for a full valet and when I got back in my car I realised they had broken the main control wheel for the multimedia centre. I complained and the guy that washed the car and then the manager just shrugged their shoulders and said it wasn't their problem as they couldn't have possibly broken it! Not even an apology or an attempt to assist with the situation. Now I've been left with a £1000 bill to replace it from Audi. I've learnt a big lesson here. If you care about your car you're better off doing it yourself! As there is no way to prove it if they damage your car, so they can do what they like and claim innocence as they did in my case.

Took my brand new Seat Ateca here for only its 2nd ever car wash and they have stripped away all of the chrome from around my windows from the detergent they use. DO NOT USE. I complained at the time and they still charged me for the car wash.

Superb team, led by a star manager. They have always taken particular care over my cars. The cars are looked after impeccably and very well presented. I always go for a coffee and read a magazine and the app lets me know when my car is ready. FIrst class service.

Always unvailable. I had to go after work as I work all the time and I was reassured the day before that if I go at 5:05pm, I can still be accommodated as that’s the last time they can accept customers. When I got there at 4:55 the next day after work, I was told that I can’t be accommodated as they were closing half an hour later. HALF AN HOUR!

What a waste, if you can’t accommodate people, just say! I’ve been to many carwash services before who accepts customers even 15 min before they close and have always been realistic about the type of service they can offer because of the time frame but my experience here is just ridiculous!

Also, I read some past reviews about this company so glad that I didn’t get my car done here!

DO NOT USE 😡😡 Absolutely shocking. Only used these as I was in the gym across the road. Never again. £45 for interior and exterior. No windows or wing mirrors polished can’t even see out of them. Floor still filthy. Broke my gear stick cover and didn’t Hoover the seats as promised. Worst car wash ever
