Diamond Hand Car Wash - Southampton

I just had my car "cleaned" at this car wash, I have received the poorest service I ever had for a car wash. I did say to a member of the team that the car wasn't clean properly and he gave me a dirty look while he was wiping down the car with a dirty microfiber cloth.

I WILL NEVER COME BACK.

Outside wash was done to a good standard. I paid for the full valet service £65 which was only done to a basic standard, would of expected more attention to detail for this price. So overall was just OK but I won't ever be bringing it back here

Don't know even where to start, the service is really bad, had to complain twice and even like that still not clean properly the car. The way they handle the car is very bad, no respect for the car or the owner. The interior of the car was still dusty, asked to clean again and even after cleaning there was still dust, that I needed to clean after getting home. The exterior was as bad as the interior. Will never come back to them, I don't recommend anyone to use them, the service is really bad and the way the handle and drive the car is even worse.

Just had my soft-top Smart Car cleaned inside and out. Brilliant job. So pleased. Will go back again. Thanks.

Left dirty floor and tyres no clue how they charge £18 they hardly do anything

Had my car cleaned here today and service and cleanliness were excellent. It was very busy when i arrived but staff were very friendly and helpful and i was told it would be about an hour and a half, not a problem went and got some shopping and came back about an hour later and it was nearly done. Waited in the nice warm waiting area while they finished off. Car was very clean inside and out, and what a bargain for only £25 for the mini valet.. will definitely be returning

Previously used this place due to the convenience of the location, have always had a few small issues with it, small bits missed in the clean (etc). However the service seems to have fallen off a cliff after my most recent trip and I won't be bothering to use them again. I'll just drive a bit further to their competition up the road and use them.

Visited in June 2021. Had stopped going to this place as the previous owners did a shoddy job and cut the corners. The new management is much better and are doing an excellent job. Car washed thoroughly. Good parking facility.
