Locks Heath Hand Car Wash

Not sure if this business has changed ownership. We use to take all our vans and cars there. They wanted £40 to clean the vans.
Thought I would try again today. Same story £40. So went to the one near B and Q. £25.
Perhaps they don’t care but they have lost us going there each month with +20 vehicles.

Don't bother. Appalling service, I have been before and been unsatisfied but thought I would give it one last chance. Asked for inside and out and was told it would be 45 minutes. As I had to wait around, I thought before, regrettably, agreeing. After 45 minutes they had not even completed a basic wash of the outside! I told them not to bother with the rest and got a shirty response, especially when I complained about the delay. They do this every time, tell you a much shorter time than is realistic. Don't bother, there are much better and cheaper options near enough.

Quality of wash / clean is good but be wary that they charge more than they advertise and demand cash.

A full wash and vallet for £27, very much worth it. Car cleaned in and out to a high standard. Second time I've used this car wash and cannot fault their service.
