Had my car valeted and was going great until the end, one of the cleaners knocked one of the letters of the back of my car, I could see him trying to put it on and when he saw me watching him he called me over, then mentioned another letter was loose and started pulling at that one, to which it obviously came off, what followed was about 45 minutes of 2 of the staff trying to put the letters back on, I now have glue on the back of my car and I'm 2 letters down, advised to basically "do it myself" and ironically told the super glue will come off "when it's cleaned a few more times"?! I didn't pay for the clean today (obviously) upon getting the car back I noticed that some areas, 1 not so obvious but another area was the back of the drivers seat had not been cleaned properly either. If the glue stains aren't going anywhere I will have to come back and speak to whoever owns the place to see what can be done next.

Great service. Staff were efficient and did a really good washing and valeting my car.
