North Station Hand Car Wash

Under new ownership. Seem to have relaxed their standards. Failed to clean the windscreen properly which is a basic requirement. Just used very strong jet wash without any use of detergent. Rushed poor quality work.

ETA - What an odd response from these car wash operators. Unclear where they get a price of £13 from?

Today I have use their service for the first time because the review was 4.4 stars. I chose to have my car wash for "mini valet" service. The price have increase which I understand so for the Mini Valet price is £30. They missed out some of the service included for the price of Mini Valet like the door pockets and door shuts. I had to redo it myself when I got home.

I am making this comment as for "constructive criticism". I hope they take this on board because I dont mind using the sevice again to see if there will be any improvement and are happy to recommend once improved. They seemed lovely people and approachable. I hope they will read this comment.
This is purely based on my experience as first time customer.

Really good friendly family business. Now bringing my daughters car too as so well finished. Good price too!
