Epping hand car wash

After waiting nearly an hour for car to be cleaned was left disappointed at how bad of a job they had done on my car. They didn’t clean my wheels properly all they did was wipe it with a wet cloth so I had to clean the wheels after. Also found myself having to near enough clean my car again after finding so many bits that they had missed.

They seemed to think that using a brush to clean the the lower half of my car was a good idea. I’m not any professional car cleaner but even I know how bad and damaging a brush can be for your cars paintwork. Just seemed as if they had no clue about what a car cleaning service should be especially at the quality they left my car in.

Probably the worst car cleaning experience I’ve ever had.

Very very disappointed with the service and wouldn’t personally recommend this car cleaning business after the service I had.

First time I've used this car wash and unfortunately wasn't very good. Wheels are still covered in dirt. Windows not clean. Loads of interior areas missed.

They do a decent job but when its busy it can feel a little 'unfinished'. They have stopped the 'specials', which is a shame.

I would not recommend!!! I paid £39!! For interior and exterior cleaning. The outside was fine a good job however the inside was awful!!! They literally did nothing but vacuum the bigger debris on the mats - inside was still so dusty and dirty that i took the car back and asked them to do the inside better as id paid £39! The man apologised and started doing the inside again but still did no good, i gave up and drove home, they didn’t clean the i interior at all - seats werent vacuumed and nor was anything wiped down. I had to redo the interior myself when i got home. Not pleased and absolutely not worth the money!

I went today to get my car cleaned inside and out paid £19 for the service, it is an awful job wheels still dirty, not done properly inside. I have had to do it again myself, definitely will not be returning

They do a good job but boy you pay for it, it's the most expensive car wash I've ever been to.

Always a brilliant team job. I have been using them for years

Cleaned other people's boots but didn't open mine. Price is good though, can't be beaten.
