Great service, very friendly, fair prices. Being able to pay by card is a massive plus!

Even pleasant when I pointed out a missed spot at the end, to be fair it was easier to see from where I was stood, but they sorted it with a smile. Will be returning.

Maybe offer loyalty cards?

My car on one side was covered in minerals from tap water due to a lawn sprinkler, which was on for some time. It left a white dull film on my car which Elite went the extra mile to put it right. Job well done.

It seems the chap that use to run this place has gone and the standards went with him. They did a really rushed job, left marks here and there on the body work and the alloys looked absolutely awful. No effort made at all, I won't be back! Oh and £12 just to wash the outside is pricey so you would think they would go the extra mile and do a good job.

My car is spotless after great service by the three lads and the lady at Elite Valeting yesterday (22-07-22).
I usually clean my own car but after it was covered in baked on resin from a lime tree following the extreme heat of 19th July, I couldn't face doing it myself!
In addition, I had left a jacket behind, in the customer waiting area and only realised this a long time afterwards but they're holding it until I can pick it up on Sunday (24th).
Tom, the owner, very helpfully liaised with me on this.
£25 bought a Gold standard wash, polish, vacuum and interior polish which took about 25 minutes.

Great service, best detailing I've had in the Kent area - friendly staff and good prices, would highly recommend! ;)

They did a very good job on my car, inside and outside, also was able to pay by contactless, will always ask if you had a problem.
