Hand Car Wash at Asda Sittingbourne

I always receive an outstanding service here. My car gets heavy family use with young children and 4 dogs so always covered in mud and dog hair. It was particularly bad today, I was embarrassed to bring it in that state but really needed some help. My car now looks brand new, the guys worked tirelessly and I really appreciate it

Did a good job. Rated 2 stars because I wanted the inside of the engine bay done. I asked them how they did it because I didn't want them to just use a high pressure wash without taking precautions.

I was told they would cover stuff up like electrical wires etc, so I let them do it. Out came the pressure washer opened the bay and just started spraying. I'm lucky I didn't get a electoral fault.

Payed £100 for the highest valeting they do and I’m fuming. The car was filthy after I got it back. They supposedly shampooed the seats which were soaking wet when I picked it up and my mum had brown nasty stains all over her skirt after sitting in it for 15mins. Don’t know what they did in the 3 1/3 hours they had my car but I spend 2 hours this evening cleaning what they hadn’t and the marks etc came right off so don’t know what they were wiping. I saw bits straight away when I picked it up and asked the guy for a cloth to wipe it but he said he would.
I will never ever use this place again.

Great car wash, very good at the cleans. Do need to suggest that you check your interior if having it cleaned, as they do not always pay close attention to the detail of the finish. Overall, not bad for the price.

Came back after asda shopping to see loads of dust on the head rests, doors and crisp bits left over from my toddlers munchies on the back seat and dirt still in the car, mud on the outside door handles and I politely stated to the guy that they'd clearly not cleaned the inside.

He turned around screaming saying that's how they clean and if we don't like it to collect our money and never return here again!!! Seriously???? That's how you deal with customers who are polite ? I shudder to think how they'd handle rude customers, walked away because I'm pregnant not going to argue with someone who's clearly living in his little world...

I'll never return there again!!!

Car came back looking clean shiny and smelling great, and all for a decent price. Top job chaps.
