Hand Car Wash

Using this car wash for at least 4 years since I moved to the area. Very friendly service and no problems to date! Recommend

Called in to get my van washed. After the wash I decided to have a look at my van. It was a disgrace and still filthy. I asked for it to be cleaned again. After the owner called another guy over I was told to "Get the f@#k out of here or you won't walk out of here" and then all the staff surrounded me. I was so scared and got back in my van and drive off, wish I have run over them all. Hope this helps, so that nobody ever goes through my awful experience. I have called HMRC and reported them as I'm sure it's no a fully ligitimemt business.

Overpriced and quality of finish was terrible; I was charged extra as they said it would take longer to clean than normal due to the bad weather conditions and extra dirt, yet I wasn't in there longer than five minutes. Dirt and streaks were left on the paintwork, if I could give zero stars I would.

Fast service and a good value. Feels like a well oiled machine with everyone doing their jobs. If you need to wait in the waiting room don't expect it to be the Ritz....

Great service here. Clean inside and out if you want a really sparkly car.

Thugs! Be aware! They will not clean your car properly and if you tell them they (the boss and his right hand man) get aggressive all up in your face saying if you don’t like the service pay and don’t come again. I said I wouldn’t pay untill they finished the job... then they locked the gates! I started to get scared... so called the police and then the manager changed his tune slightly and cleaned it a bit more... I paid and bolted was really really scary and surreal! No car wash has ever acted in this way before!

Paid for a full valet inside. About 10 people cleaning it at the same time... no idea what they were actually doing as it was absolutely terrible!! Looked no cleaner whatsoever. Just diabolical service and a total waste of money.

Website says 8pm close, but got here at 6pm and it's shut. Wasted journey.

Otherwise it's a good service.
