Red Cow Hand Car Wash

Very overpriced for the service you get. Asked how much a mini valet was and I was told £25. I said I'll just have it washed and dried and then they haggled to £15. The wash and dry itself was £8 and the windows needed doing immediately after, used dirty cloths and smears everywhere. If avoid and find a cheaper alternative.

I paid £15 for in and out but front bumper was not touch , inside basic hoover only , rushing staff forgot to tyre dressing and I asked them to apply , so many missing places to clean in my car , I have washed again in jetwash , better to find somewhere-

Slow start, but smooth wash once started. £10 for a family saloon, gone up since it was £8 some weeks ago!

Pretty poor value for money - charged me £10 for just the outside of a small Toyota yaris. They appear to be making up the prices as they go along. Not the best quality, lots of places in Slough for a car wash which are cheaper e.g. opposite Tesco.

AVOID THIS CAR WASH!!

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING AWFUL EXPERIENCE!

Not only was my car not cleansed effectively , my seat lever handle was snapped off & broken into pieces by a member of staff who hadn’t had the decency to even let me know he’d broken it! Instead after leaving I noticed it was broken and left on the floor in my car.

Noticing this i immediately returned to the car wash and told the members of staff what had happened and asked to get in contact with the owner, the men there were disgustingly disrespectful & there was not even one apology or any cause of concern! One member of staff even had the nerve to mention I stress too much ’ frustrating me even further and another had said ‘ I talk too much’! I honestly have never experienced such disgraceful service from any business!

I mean the very least I was expecting here was the person who broke it to at least have let me know this whilst I was there simply out of respect for his wrongdoings.. or even apologise & take responsibility for the damage. I then got told it’s ‘ something small’ so I questioned if that’s the case why don’t they order me a new lever & replace it for me seeing as they’re primarily responsible for breaking it in which they didn’t agree to.

I got in contact with the owner and he spoke about compensating me and didn’t respond the next day! A week later he had the audacity to only return the money paid to wash my car but didn’t consider the costs I had to pay to replace the lever! This place and the staff including the owner is utterly disgusting! They don’t have any concern for customers what so ever!

The handle being broken wasn’t as much of an issue but the service received was beyond appalling !

Unfortunately the men at this car wash are incredibly rude and unhelpful. They don’t clean cars properly either.
