Such an efficient and friendly place. They do an outstanding job on my cars and I always feel like they really do their best to make each car as shiny as possible. Free tea, coffee, fruit and biscuits whilst you wait too

Expensive by West Riding standards, but worth every penny. Hospitality in a car wash?! They washed and cleaned the car like it was their own, and did a beautiful job. Apple (it's an A4) hadn't looked that good in years. Highly recommended.

This is the best carwash in Canterbury. Never had a problem. Blair is constantly on the ball and keeps things moving fast to get you through as efficiently as possible whilst maintaining a fantastic end product. The guys and girls do a fantastic job.☝🏿🚗🚙

The worst experience I've ever had at a car wash. The two men who approached me were very pushy salesmen who insisted I should have my small hatchback waxed and polished (full valet basically) for £50. The price list states that this should be between £30 - £50 (presumably depending on the vehicle size). After some haggling the price was reduced to £45 and I decided I would go for it surely they would do a good job? One of the men disappeared and the other one then tried to increase the price back to £50!! I said no.
Now for the result, awful! At best the job they did was worth £20. I found multiple water marks and streaks. They didn't clean the interior properly including windows, dirt on gear knob, dirt on steering wheel. I am extremely angry and embarrassed that I agreed to what is essentially extortion. Never going back, good job keeping any customers!

Worst car wash in Canterbury! Intimidating staff, unless you take the add ons completely lose interest in actually clean your car. Lots of areas missed, i had to take it to another car wash to get it cleaned properly. Staff laugh a joked about the age of my runabout. The owner is more interested in arguing on the phone if you complain he comes over with his chest puffed up in a threatening manor. A frightening experience

My wife brought her car in yesterday for a full valet, seat wash and wax costing £40. The reason for the wash was because we were selling the car that day. The bad news is the quality of the clean was terrible. So bad infact that I had to spend a further 1 1/2 hours to finish the car as it wasn't even shiny and covered in water sports and marks (almost definitely not waxed properly). Also, the dashboard was still dirty. The centre console storage area still had the same obvious dirt it had when the car was dropped off. The carpets weren't vacuumed properly. I personally was not there otherwise I would have bought this to their attention at the time. My wife however does not like to cause a seen or complain. This is mainly upsetting as we have always considered FS the best car wash in Canterbury and it was always a special treat to have the full valet. Unfortunately this experience has damaged your reputation for a quality clean. Apologies I don't have any pictures as we didn't have much time before exchanging the car. Luckily I managed to get the car to the standard it should have been before it was exchanged. Please can you address this issue with your guys/girls as you don't want this sort of feedback to appear online from others. I know you guys work really hard but in this case it was a very bad job. I had to say something as it Just wasn't good enough and very disappointing. Clean was not worth the money.
