IMO Car Wash

Can't think of a reason to mark it down from 5 stars. I turn up, they do a manual pre wash then it's through the the car wash. Never had to wait ages for service. Only came here as I got 12 free washes by buying insurance through the meerkat, though I might have been confused. It's a great deal and I would recommend it and this car wash.

First time using this place. Had prepaid on the app so he just had to scan the code, had to pay for the valet as its not available on the app, which is a shame. The guys were very polite and respectful. Had a mini valet plus done. The car looks great inside and out and I feel the price was really good. Will definitely use again and collect the rewards via the app.

Very disappointed with this site, used to be a very good one.
Haven't washed my car for almost 2 weeks so I took the ProShield wash to make sure it's clean and shiny(car wasn't very dirty). Also I tipped £2 the big guy taking the payment and asked him to make sure he insists on the dirty parts.
When I got out, the 10 minute dry up job took me 25 minutes because the car still had dirt on it. Wheels are far from clean.
Probably my last visit.

I had the most excellent service from this company, the lads are polite and courteous, and very efficient, I would most definitely recommend this company, their prices are reasonable, I have always used this place, and I have always tipped these young men as they do an impeccable job. Brilliant service guys x

Wash was good. Price was ok. Service was abysmal. The attendant was too concerned with running around after a good looking woman to answer my questions or attend to my needs. When I fed money into the vacuum it made a noise but no suction. No returned money, no offer of using the one they do. Attendant could not be less interested. At the start of the wash process I asked how I could complain. I was refused any information and I was told I couldn't and if I didn't like it I was free to go elsewhere. Which I will in future. Thank you.

Those guys always do an outstanding job. Even after their programme is over, they always go above and above to assist you. When someone ever became ill in my car, they cleaned it for me when their programme was through. Highly valued and delighted to recommend them to everyone

The best in kent to get your car clean! Used them for years and never had a problem

I went to the car wash on a Saturday as I don't get time during the week and unfortunately my car had been victim to bird poo.
I opted for the 'Ultimate' wash for £10.50 which did not meet expectations. After exiting I got out to get something from the boot to notice that the bird poo in numerous locations had not been removed (pictures attached).
I was left feeling very disappointed especially when I got home I washed my car myself which meant the £10.50 was a waste of money.
If I decide to use this in the future then it'll only be for the cheapest wash if the car isn't too dirty too for a quick wash.
