Asked for Service 1 - clean, wash and wax of the outside of my car. My perfectly looked after metallic car paint is now completely scratched will swirls all over. So for a £10 wash, I now have to face a bill of at least £250 to polish to full body of my car. Nightmare!

Very Ruud staff they refused to clean the inside of the vehicle because of a few bottles… there loss won’t be going back… poor communication total let down

Used to be really good but the last few times I've been here I've had to go round the car asking for very obviously dirty bits to be sorted, and just now I've left here having done just that and basically still need to take my car somewhere else to be cleaned. Think the one in Morrisons car park is the place to go now.

Sadly, I have to lower my rating for this place. It used to be the best car wash I had ever visited, but after my two last visits, they missed so much I no longer visit. Outside clean is now OK rather than great, but its the hoovering/ inside clean they now let me down... twice! Both times they missed hovering/cleaning the door 'pockets' and the dashboard still had dust left... However, it's still a car wash company with REAL proper seating outside (while your car is cleand) but that alone is not reason enough to take your car there. Sad!

I took my car today to this car wash. Been going there for years and years with good service and never issue. I have a medium sized car and said it was a large car. Wanted to charge me large car prices to clean my car and have always been charged for medium price the whole time I have had this car which is nearly 3 years. After I complained and made comments he did charge me for medium priced clean. Said I would have to pay large car prices next time. Won't be going here again. Man that served me was very rude and abprut with me. Not good at all. Normally service very good. Feel very upset and angry.

Poor interior clean. Rushed it as they had a back up of cars. It still costs £18 for such a sub par clean. I don't care if they have a queue. It still costs the same for whats supposed to be a proper clean. The cup holders still had melted chocolate in it that they hadn't touched. Thats the third time the clean was no good. I won't visit them again. Am surprised at their popularity tbh
