Would leave a no star review if possible. £22 posted price for large car for gold service- wash and internal valet. Told by staff member it would be £25 as car was dirty externally. Yep, it has salt and road debris but only lightly soiled - that's why I brought it to be cleaned.You can still clearly see it's a silver car, it's not like it's just been off roaring through mudflats. When I politely questioned the price and declined to pay the extra, the attendant accused me of being rude and shouted at me across the car park.Terrible attitude. Terrible service Extortionate prices. Will not use again.

A friendly and convenient place to get your car washed. Once you've parked your car and handed over the key, they wash your car while you shop. There wasn't a queue when I went and the car was done and back in a parking space before I'd finished. Reasonably and clearly priced. They did a great job.

Waves Car Wash is a franchise and for the most part they offer great service and always make a great job of valeting cars, that statement is based on the one that is more local to me.
Unfortunately this one was not particularly good and that is unfortunate, the staff were very unapproachable and just didn't do what I had asked of them.
They washed and dried my car very quickly with no attention to detail, the end result was mediocre at best.
If I had more time I would have pointed out the areas that they had missed.
I have to mention that it was a very cold day and I can only imagine how cold it must have been.
I really don't like leaving poor reviews, however, I have to admit that I was less than impressed.
In future I will keep using the Waves Car Wash that is located near home, great attitude and they pay attention to detail.

The standard wash is pretty good and it's only £5. My car has got fixed aerial on the roof, which sticks out a bit. A was a bit anxious, because of the stories of ripped out aerials, but nothing like that happened. The dryer worked around it expertly. Important - you need to go to the shop to buy a ticket for the car wash first.

Detailed clean at a reasonable price, whilst we got our shopping. Got a free air freshener out of it as well. Super convenient and you can pay by card, which is rare for a hand car wash.

Can't believe these guys scratched the side of my car without letting me know. So unprofessional. Car not cleaned properly !Not going there again. So gutted!!
