Waves Hand Car Wash Woodford Green

Thought I would give them a try while shopping, Awful. They told me it was £25 to clean my Land Rover Discovery inside and out but when I came back to collect my car after shopping, it had gone up to £30? I could see the the car was still dirty in 2 places and somebody had to get a rag and go over those places again, the boot floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed and after driving away I found even more missed spots. The windscreen was not cleaned properly inside or outside. There was a leaf on the passenger side door window that was stuck there with spider web, this was still there after it had been cleaned. It looks like they used a vacuum attachment that left marks on the centre console. My recommendation would be do not use them, they are lazy, they overcharge, they obviously do not care about customer satisfaction and there is a risk of them damaging your car. Obviously cheap untrained labour.

Very quick and efficient. Car was spotless when I came back to collect, and even went the extra mile and polished my car for free. Definitely recommend them.

sub par wash, left a lot of drips, bumper at rear not properly washed, did not do the wipers overpriced at £20

I was very happy with the service ask for just inside and out

But they went out there way and done spray polish and removed a scratch I had on my bumper
