IMO Car Wash

Car wash. We were told our voucher had expired, it expires at 12 o'clock tonight. They refused to serve and treated us as though we were trying to steal a car wash. This happened last month too. They were rude an unhelpful. we ended up going through with water only to wash our car when the triple foam had been paid for. We will not attend again. The voucher was issued by Confused.com and was totally valid. We were told not to return, no problem as the service and rudness were not attractive.

Normally I like this place but today I went for the £1.99 basic wash advertised on the large board by the road. The signs at the head of the queue don’t mention this price but do say “Road price on request”. I requested the £1.99 wash but was told it wasn’t available and I had to pay £3. False advertising.
UPDATE: I complained to Customer Services by email and they sent me a voucher for a free Triple Foam wash.

Very good place theres a lot of different washes ranging from £2 to £12. We went with the £12 Ultra HD car wash which was really good, the car looked very nice afterwards.

Getting a little expensive now. However I got 12 free washes with my car insurance.
Great if they're not too busy but if they are busy they forget to wash your mirrors and don't do the best of jobs on the wheels also.
They do have a list of valeting options available.
Self use vacuum cleaners are also available.

For convenience and having a discount code for IMO I occasionally pop in with one of our vehicles from time to time and find them ok...

I used my AA app with 50% discount and paid £5 for a £10 wash..

(( Not to mention that they scanned two separate codes out my AA app, does this give them two payments? 🤔 ))

This time the car came out covered and smeered with soap, drove back in to report the problem to staff who said 'you need to spend more than £5 for a good wash'!

I own a business and I wish I could go doing inadequate work then telling the customer they didn't pay enough!!

I said I wasn't happy and didn't agree with what he were saying, my point were that I should've had the £10 wash and even a £3 wash shouldn't leave a soap on the car !

He had me pull the car back towards the entrance when another bloke appears and they start to talk!!

The other bloke has a full squirty bottle hanging from his trousers and is stretching over the roof of my black estate car banging and leaning the bottle into the panels as he goes along. I got out asking him to not do that with the bottle and his reply was 'It's OK it's plastic'.

I was fuming so I pulled my car out telling them they weren't fit to hose a drive down let alone wash and clean people vehicles !!

I went home and sorted out the problem myself, I will not be going back to them.

Absolutely atrocious. Paid to have my car car cleaned, machine failed near the end . Ask for my car to be dried but as it failed during the paid service. But the bold chubby guy decides to become aggressive and refused. Avoid using this site

Really really good car wash but the location is tricky in the corner of a small retail area.

Fast washing, washing line should be twice longer but not bad.
Not sure why they charge for simple valeting of bad washing shampoo left on the vehicle, it is looks for me simple rude, so in this case hand wash worth more for money in overall.
These guys sometimes ask cash only.
