Cromwell Carwash

I have taken my car here many times and have always paid via the APP and have always been happy with the service.

Unfortunately I took my car there today and there were new staff which I didn’t recognise. As usual I paid using the app, so I was surprised when the lad asked for payment. I explained I’d paid using the app and he clearly didn’t believe me because he began questioning me and I had to prove it to him.

Any new staff should be told some customers will pay using the app and if they are in any doubt, they should check their computer system. I was made to feel like a criminal.

Not impressed.

The best hand car wash around. The staff do a really good job & clean the car properly. Very reasonably priced too.

This car wash is one of the best, I have ever been. All the products they apply on the car including their jet wash pressure was good. Neat and clean place unlike others smelly and greasy surface.

Took my wife’s car there to get cleaned paid £23.00 for a medium car when I got in the car they missed cleaning the drivers mirror not a problem he grabbed a cloth and done it when I got home and checked it again under the top of bonnet by windscreen not washed properly still leaves and dead bury still there not very happy with it for £23.00 no attention to detail

The folk at Cromwell Car Wash are nothing less than brilliant. My old work van had been sat idle under a lime tree all summer, collecting a thick layer of sap from the tree mixed with the dirt off the road, so it was an eyesore. I could not imagine how hard these folk worked to get it clean and shiny again. They were worth every penny and more.
Very friendly and hospitable too. So next week I'm taking yhem my car for a full valet. 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

Absolutely brilliant service and they use quality products. It’s obvious that a lot of time and money has been invested to set this up properly and in an environmentally friendly way with proper drain interceptors and procedures. This is not like a lot of the other car wash places that don’t care, these guys are fast, friendly and through. I use them to clean all of my vehicles and recommend them to anyone.

Not the best did not do the wheels as advertised still cost £10.

They do a good job at a reasonable price. We have had our cars washed there many times and will continue to do so.
