Waves Hand Car Wash Sutton-Cheam

One of the worst... went there 2 times, once had a full wash and wax, was not bad, second time total disgrace, have a look at photos and judge by yourself

Sat there 20 mins waiting as the signs say Dont leave car due to Covid. Porsche drop top parks beside me and waits. Guy in filthy car pulls up gets out gets ushered to the jet wash area. I rolled by slowly and asked is that right he gets to queue jump; member of staff then looks surprised when I say Ive been sat parked patiently in their clearly marked waiting area 20 mins, plus Porsche next to me has waited too.
Then he says park here and we do it.
No thanks. I'm out of here. Back to stonecot guys...
Last time I had to clean all my leather myself - after checking with the guy it wasnt included in the charge when I asked for it to be done. ..and had to clean my rear passenger interior window - 22.00 for the privilege.
Thought I'd give them benefit of doubt again today - but still left unsatisfied.
Shame really as a Black car gets dirty quick and I am a loyal customer when I get good service.
2 stars purely because washing a black car on the hottest day of 2020 deserves 2 stars

Very disappointed. £30 basic in and out for an estate which given the results I find a bit pricey. If the job was done right I’d say it’s fair given they use decent products. Fairly quick service and relatively friendly so have given two stars. There is still patches of dirt over the car on the bonnet around the bottom of the doors and the wheels are also very patchy. The inside was also disappointing with smearing on the windscreen and bits still on the carpet. It appears that the boot was left untouched (I had a few small bits left in there so maybe decided they didn’t want to move my stuff to one side?) overall would not recommend and will not be returning

£24 for car wash and vacuum, overall I was pleased with the service I received and will use them again. Easy to book and pay online.

Used this place regularly before covid and they hsed to be amazing.

But since covid the service has been very bad. Didn't wash the outside properly, had lots of dirt left on the car and the inside was not vacuumed properly. Did not clean between seats either so not sure what they charged me for

Been going here for couple of years now, amazing guys manager is always friendly and helpful good chat and describes what can be done to achieve best results, the boys always make the car look gleaming wouldn’t go anywhere else! Keep up the good work guys! Recommend to everyone! You get what you pay for!

Excellent service, friendlt, helpful and polite staff. Shafi the owner, always goes out of his way to make sure my car is very clean to a very good standard. That's why I always take my car there to be cleaned.

Literally sat in my car in Tesco Cheam car park and watched a Waves employee smoke a joint in front of me. What a way to advertise your business.
