Waves Car Wash (Tesco Romford Gallows Corner Extra)

Absolutely awful. My car was returned to me in a filthy condition. They had to clean in for a second time while I waited....please do not waste your money, go anywhere else

£16 to clean the outside, they were not busy, when I got to my car back there was dirt and bee droppings all over the car which could have easily been removed by the jet wash if an ounce of care was taken. They literally wet the car and wiped it down and that's it. I saw them cleaning the bottom of the car using the same cloth to clean the top of the car, basically picking up all the dirt and debris and scratching the paintwork. Never again.

I've paid £23. They spent literally 4-5 minutes jet washing the car. Then 5 minutes vacuuming inside and that's it. No none bothered to wipe the interior e.g., dashboard, trims clean. Just vacuuming it! After the wash there were stains in multiple places on the bonnet and windshield, stains in the allow rims, water dropping marks all over the place.

And then there is this lady came to brush a shiny liquid over the tires but did not complete the circle. Now I have shiny arcs in all 4 tires to make it look even worse.

Only reason they are still in business is because they are located right next to Tesco.

Not too bad, price increases have definitely put this place on the top end of expensive. Would recommend looking around for more independent car wash companies, cheaper with better quality.

Not going back-first youre told one price,when you come back one hr later-and theyre not even busy-you get a different price.AND FOR 30£ common you didnt even lift the mats to hoover, cup holders were dirty, boot barely hoovered .so thanks but never again thanks.

Came here was told an hour to get my car cleaned. I left my key came an hour and half later, my car was NOT WASHED. First they argued I never waited that long only for him to check the books and realized its been more than an hour yet No apologies, handed me my keys like its normal to behave in that manner, one hour of my life I never got back. Thanks for nothing. Silly bunch.

Our car was filthy, black seats and a white dog don't mix... We opted for the £22 option which was complete wash(including wheels) and a wash n hoover of the interior.
We did our shopping, and collected our car, it was spotless, they really did a good job very impressed.
The men took care of our car, would DEF use again.

Not overly keen with them, used a few car washes in the past couple of years, and they don't do a very good job. Customer service is poor, and they have no passion for the job.
Car still had a lot of water marks where they didn't dry it properly and had a few smears in places. I wouldn't recommend them unless you're desperate.
