Neza Valeting Centre

Phenomenal!

Used Neza for years but stopped for a couple years as I live a few miles away, however after the recent experience, will stop using them for good.

They charged me £15 pounds (inside/out wash and cleaning), so I requested them to hoover the boot, but despite paying for the service, they made it sound like they are doing me a favour, stating that they'll do this once, but not to expect it in the future.

After they claimed that the job has been completed, I left the place thinking exactly that it had been completed, only to notice a few moments later that they rushed on everything; the cleaning inside/out, as the car was still dirty on the outside and half done hoover all over the car.

Note that in the past years with my previous cars, they had always done a fantastic job, hence I kept going back, but it’s clear, that their reputation got over their heads, so now, they just rush things, leaving jobs incomplete.

I recommend people to avoid this place now, as their service took a turn for the worse, so expect to pay a hefty price for a disappointment outcome.

Terrible rushed service, avoid this place.
