Extra Shiny Car wash

Great local car wash. If you are lucky to be there when the big boss is there, the workers seem to even more attentive! Disappointed however they have now stopped the loyalty card, but I totally understand the business reasons.

Second time I visit this car wash! Extremely satisfied, cleaning and drying is very thorough, staff are friendly and take extra care not to do any damage! Highly recommended, keep it up guys!

There is a big increase in prices and the issue is that every time I go get my car cleaned, they allways miss cleaning the inside of the car. I have to come home and clean it myself

I went for a car wash being a new female driver, not knowing my bearings in a constricted space. I had a male staff member yell at me in front of everyone criticising my driving. I understand that I should not have driven forward but to be shouted and humiliated as a customer??

I approach the manager to report such behaviour, but the male assistant in charge Barged into the conversation and started to shout at me again, his exact words were ‘if you don’t listen, I will shout at you.. I don’t care’

I am in utter shock and feel so embarrassed to have been treated like this. The manager apologised on his behalf but was helpless.

I have never been treated this appallingly, shameful!

I prefer to their services because they are friendly, helpful and they know what they are doing. All in all they are doing a fantastic job whatever the weather is.

Mr.A (fgot his name) was very supportive. Slightly pricey but the work done was very good.

Would try mini vallet next time..

Place was very busy today. As all other places have started to open up. Done a good job washing the car. Only need to be careful on the wheel trims. As they were not cleaned fully. Good customer service. Even gave a loyalty card for a outside free wash when completed. Also got a free car fresher. You must go there.
