H2O Car Valeting - Westfield London

I used the Westfield White City branch twice, both were bad experiences but the one this week left my car damaged. The first time once I got home and saw in the light, there had been lots of white wax residue left in the lettering and in seems all over the car so I had to take the time - after buying a small brush - to get all of the white residue cleaned out. Not a big deal but I don’t expect that after paying £93. This week I did flag before I dropped the car about the previous issue and was told it would not happen this time. I collected the car and on the way home, in the daylight, I noticed some markings on the wing mirrors, I called H20 to tell them and said I could come back but was told there was no manager there until 10am the next day. When I got home I saw that both of the wing mirrors were covered in splatter marks - that would not come off. As if there had been a product used that was too harsh that marked the carbon fibre. Also noticed that there was white residue again left in seems and on the hood, in the vents and lettering. Also marks on the baseboards inside the doors - again not what you expect after paying £93. I called back when I saw the extent of the wing mirror casing damage and was told to send an email, which I did with pictures. I called back again at 1030 am the next day and was told that the manager wasn’t in again and that he would contact me. After sending x2 emails, I was never contacted after by anyone - so in a nutshell, don’t waste your money at H20! Especially as they do nothing if they damage your car

I have used H2O Car Valeting numerous times. The staff there are always amazing and at hand to help. Dolly and Alice were amazing as always. Always smiling and definitely make you fee at ease.

The valeting services are amazing. The guys do an amazing job. Car is always smelling amazing and looks brand new.

What a waste of approximately £210!!!
After convincing me to take the premium wash, I leave with a partially cleaned car and faulty boot.
On returning to pick my car, a longer wait and they cunningly offer to carry my shopping bags but wait for it... put them on the back seat. Only to find my boot can't open🙆🏽‍♀️🙆🏽‍♀️
Phone calls upon phone calls in vain.
When they finally admit to a rewash and taking care of the boot, the calls go quiet again.

Dropped my car in for an interior clean yesterday and forgot to bring my key card with me. The car being a tesla wouldn't move if I left however Wayne found a workaround and managed to get the car cleaned on the inside and also added in a quick outside clean for me. Huge thanks to Wayne and the team. It was the first time I have used them and cant rate them high enough! Cheers Guys!

I’ve recently got my new car and after few hundred miles in rainy weather it required cleanup to bring it back to the shine ( which I’m _very_ particular with ). After discussing details with Manisha (thank you so much! I’ll be back next time for the coating), I picked the ultra package and came back to collect the car after few hours of shopping. I’m truly impressed with Roser’s job - he not only made extra effort to leave it spotless both in and out but also managed somehow (what kind of sorcery is that!?) to make it look better than when I picked it up from the dealer! It was my first visit at h2o and I’ll definitely be back during every shopping trip, knowing my pride and joy is in hands of professionals!

I had a spillage on my car seat. At short notice H2O were able to accommodate me for a late appointment and attend to my car. I had my car seat shampooed and a full body car wash. Within a couple of hours my car was gleaming and ready to go. The detail was excellent and the front of house customer service was high quality. Dolly who organised the appointment was very profession, welcoming and knowledgable. All round great experience.

Beware the following:
1. Was surcharged £10 for light mud on one seat that could have been wiped off in 10 secs - seemed arbitrary and there was no warning on the booking app that it might be charged.
2. They managed to run through 35m in battery charge - I guess drying the seats, but it seemed wasteful and was very inconvenient
3. They took 2.15hrs when the calendar entry shared was for 1 hr - don’t use unless you have much more time than they say
The cleaning quality was good, but overall experience poor
