St Johns Wood Car Wash

Got the car washed with the valet service for £14.99.
Just thrown the money in the bin.
Very poor service. Completely incompetent staff. Avoid this car wash at any cost.
The car will be equally dirty but you will have £15 less in your pockets.

Avoid. Only one person at each station (wash/dry/hoovering). So when I arrived, there was only one car before me, but the guys were so slow (looked like they didn't care and didn't want to be there), that it took 45mns to get my car washed and rinsed ONLY! By then it was too late for me to wait another 30 mns to get the inside of my car cleaned. Paid £10 for a wash/rinse not even dry, and the car wasn't even washed properly. This is a joke! Will never return!

I went to St John’s Wood Car Wash today to get my Mini washed that hasn’t been cleaned since February. They did a great job and I paid £15. No complaints at all. This was my first visit. I will be coming back.

Having read the some of the reviews - I think some of the negative comments are totally unfair. Run by Indian and Africans which I wholly support. Special props to the young African guy - great guy and he did a great job.

Just visited the car wash and honestly very happy with the service. I went at a busy time but everything was finished within 40 minutes. The staff were very helpful and they cleaned the car very well. The price is an absolute bargain right now and they even have a deal to get a 4th wash free if you pay for 3 in advance. Will definitely be visiting again!

Left the car wash 30 mins ago watermarks everywhere on the car. Poor poor service. Now I’ve got to spend another £20 to wash the car again. Inside again dust everywhere not cleaned properly I couldn’t see the work as it was too dark in the car wash.

In response to the owner.. I won’t be removing my feedback. If you took the time to read the review you’d realise I said it was too dark in the car wash to see the poor results of your work. These photos were taken just up the road from you when I stopped.

I paid by card at your site I’ll upload a picture of the transaction. In future maybe try and rectify the issue?

This car wash is close to me, so I have been there for a few times already. It has always been so so only. However, when I just had my car washed just now, the staff were so careless about their job, didn't clean the back window properly, also, the vacuum inside was just done properly, and I had to ask them to vacuum some area again.
Price is not cheap, £19.99 for mine, while I normally do it for around £17.
I have my car washed 2 times a month, and this is one of the worst I had.

My first visit this afternoon after came a cross their website. I asked my car to be washed outside and vacuumed inside. I kept my distance while my car was washed and vacuumed and hoped it would be a good job. I only noticed after I left that it was a shoddy job. Not worth for £20, bird droppings on the roof still there and the wheels weren't washed properly. Due to the lack of natural light (car wash is based in the basement car park), I failed to notice their sub standard service straightaway.
AVOID, POOR SERVICE AND NOT WORTH AT ALL!!!
