CPV Hand Car Wash 500 Fiveways

I’ve been here twice now. Reasonably priced in comparison to the other car wash I used since moving to the area. They do a really good job and it’s handy to be able to kill time doing a Morrison’s shop while they work BUT my issue is how long it can take.

On my last visit it took a whole hour from handing over the key to my car being ready to drive away. As someone who can do a grocery shop in approx 25 mins, this meant a whole lot of time waiting around. Also, I’ve used many hand car washes over the years and never ever had to wait that long before! My car always looks and smells lovely after a visit here but timing the visit for a quiet time can make all of the difference

We had the “gold service” on my wife’s Mercedes and i will say the boys really took their time and got the car perfect inside and out. Full polish on the inside And even got the drink stains out of the door and seat. Not to mention top customer service from the guys down there they were a good laugh. Will be coming here from now onwards!

A1 service, friendly, professional, thorough. 2 ladders were brought out to do the roof as it is a large mpv. A lot of places do not do the roof and tell you it's not included. Nothing was too much trouble and the car was immaculate.

Strictly avoid patronizing this car wash for the owner is completely dishonest!

Three weeks ago, l paid £10 for car wash. Today I was charged £12, £2 more, for the same service to the same car. The owner insists that my car belongs to the MPV 4x4 category, but in fact mine is a small SUV.

It is not that £2 matters but the dishonesty of the owner scares people away!

Wasn’t expecting to wash my car, but happened to stumble upon this place. They did an amazing job, wasn’t rushed or busy, which was great because they spent a good amount of time on inside and out. They were really friendly and knew how to take care of the vehicle, to not scratch or damage the body. I would definitely travel out of my way to get my car washed here!

As Car Washes go this is OK. Nothing exceptional but wasn't too pleased with the output with the car left dirty. Prices are quite expensive for what it is with better car Washes close by and cheaper. On the plus side you can get your car washed whilst shopping so you're not wasting time as most other car Washes are too busy.

Dirt marks left on all 4 wheels. Used to be better...

I'd suggest clarifying the price before allowing the owner to decide what "additional" treatment they will add on without asking.

Overly obnoxious complementing of their own staff (shouting by my ear) was also rather annoying - not sure if angling for tips or repeat business - safe to say it had the opposite effect.

My car was undeniably a mess as I have three large breed dogs and cream leather seats which as you can imagine do not go together well . The car was made spanking clean once again to be honest I was not sure it would be possible. Excellent job fantastic attention to detail and wonderful custome service. I will be back . Thank you ever so much !
