Hand Car Wash and Valeting Centre

Pros: 5 people working as team so they got the job done fast.
Cons: skipping attention to detail. I paid £30 for a full wash "+" service, but still had to point out dirt inside doors, windows and boot carpet, so the manager begrudgingly got the hoover out and also sprayed under the boot hatch near hinges as was still clogged with leaves etc.
They are rushing jobs, which is understandable, but it one pays more £ for a deep clean job, it should be delivered. Maybe next time I'll pay *I think* £60 for "full valet", however the higher options only seem to add on "perfume", not much else.
Still, I left £10 tip in the box, which I hope will go to the hard working men/woman...

Overpriced, awful job. Still had interior marks on dashboard, didn’t hoover carpet properly and didn’t even clean inside the cup holder and compartments or door compartments neither did they even open the boot to clean the boot. And they gave one price when I drove in and then added £5 extra to the price when finished whilst leaving so many marks still in the car. Also when I spotted something and asked them if they could clean the dashboard as they had also left that out they gave it a quick fluff with the microfibre cloth and said “enough enough” when I drove off I then spotted that they still left marks on the dashboard what a waste of money.

I have gone to this place for a while and always been impressed. Can be in and out in 4 minutes, beautifully clean car and worth the money... not so much yesterday though. August bank Holiday, staff seemed reduced and only 3 guys got up to clean the car after we'd been through the wash (the other 3 lazily sat around) and did a bit of a quick, poor job. This morning my car is covered in water streaks. The guy who usually takes the payments wasn't there so I assume he's the boss that puts his workers in line and without him, they slacked off a bit. All of that being said, I will use this place again especially on a Saturday when 6/7 workeds rush to clean your car and do it very well - everyone can have an off day and one less than perfect experience doesn't make this place terrible. My general view of this place is very positive, if not for yesterday, 5 stars... hopefully it was a one off and I will continue to be pleased with their level of service.

Have visited this place several times, but was very disappointed the last time. The staff were very keen to finish up the job paying no attention to detail. The rear seat was left very dirty with stains present which was not cleaned the first time around. They did tidy up afterwards when this was pointed out....not sure if I will visit again as the service was poor compared to what they charge.

Worst carwash, over priced & if you want your car broken go here. They broke my brake light and didn’t even bother to tell me. I saw them fidgeting with it. When i got home i saw it had fallen off. Okay its broken but the lack of integrity to tell me it is broken is worse than that. Will definitely not be coming here again

Been coming here for years! They do such a good job. Spoilt my car for the full package as she has not been cleaned the past 2 Covid years! They even got the chocolate stain off the backseat! 😆

Staff friendly but if they are busy your car won't get washed properly. Also they are a bit on the expensive side.

Needed a good car wash and I tried this one in Shirley, Before you enter they start washing and not even a price list to show what the prices are. I assumed it would be normal rates that others charge. Once the car was washed and dried they started to clean on the inside and vacuum aswell. Usually I check if it’s done well but was in a hurry. Got in the car it was clean. Opened my car boat and there was still dirt and mud from my sons bike. Food particles by his car seat aswell and soap around the bumper. Charged me £25 for a normal car wash. Was shocked at first then saw the price listed and it’s £20 for normal car and £25 for a large car. I got charged for a large car and mine is not a large car. I asked they said it is large car. So what is a small car then a Mini!!!! Over priced for the service give . Would never go their or advice people to go. Better I went to my local car wash who take car of every detail and not rush
