Waves Hand Car Wash Lewisham

I took my car her for just a vacuum and clean and they noticed my dirty and stained seats and suggested getting them cleaned. I was a bit sceptical but to my surprise they got out ALL the stains and marks and my seats were spotless. I have used them several times and they are always friendly, efficient and do a great job.

Mohammed and his team made an amazing job, they deep cleaned my car making it look like new! It was the first time at this car wash and they’ve been professional and delivered what I was expecting. I would recommend it to anyone. Thanks guys for the great job. Surely I’ll keep going there.

Ok I finally have time to do this rating properly. So I took my work car CHR to have a good clean in and out like a late birthday treat for the car. This was a full valet inside & out including a full wax of the paint work I've had my car cleaned many times but nothing like this. The wheels were not just washed but also buffet and the mats and carpets got a deep vac. For about a week I enjoyed the shine. I will use them again soon probably not for a full valet for another month or two but just a regular wash. Great service nicely done.

I was offered a discount to use waves as a rac member.but unfortunately I was not impressed as I feel they missed a lot of areas of my car it was very busy that day and I feel it was rushed will not be visiting again. as my cars paint work was damaged
My car has tiny little holes in the bonnet now don't waste your money and protect your car .

Booked in for a Full Monty service and absolutely delighted with the results. All done and ready to pick up within two hours, my car looks brand new and staff could not have been nicer. Would 100% recommend Wave and will definitely be back to keep my car on point.

Went for an interior deep clean. Agreed to a full monty deep clean. I had stated that what I came for Was the seats/floor/mats however that is where they lacked. Disappointed. The mats are clean but there is still plenty of dirt under my seats which means the floor was not cleaned properly. The odour from the driver seat and floor is still there which tells me that they did not do what they should have done which was deep clean the seat and underneath it. That’s literally all I wanted fixed yet it didn’t happen. I have taken pictures for evidence and I have put in a complaint to waves car wash as I cannot find the number of these guys. Really disappointed I payed £85 and received a normal exterior/interior clean which would have been £22 at Asda car wash. Seems like the workers forgot under the seats!
