Tesco Hand Car Wash

Now my car is like new.

Admittedly my car was in desperate need of a wash. So when I asked for a wash, inside clean & polish & was told flat, before the manager even looked at my car (Micra) that it would be £30 I was expecting a thorough clean. However, the service I received was shoddy & slapdash. This was worse than the drive in car washes for a tenner. There was debris left on the front & back grills (moss left on them) the windows weren't cleaned properly - a kitchen towel that I wiped around the window rims came up black, water marks left on the paintwork, the inside was not properly cleaned & it was definitely not 'polished'; the surface of the car felt rough. I could go on. Instead here are some pics. Never again! That's a rip off!

We wanted our car cleaned thoroughly inside and outside. Our car also had leaked inside and the carpets were soaked. So when I drove to Mahmoud, he was very positive about what could be done. I left the car, when shopping and was delighted to come back to a very very clean car. He spent even more time on it, to attempt to get it dry but it was a big issue that needed a garage to fix. However I greatly appreiated his attempts and effort. This is an honest review, I have used various car washes locally and by far this one is the best in the area!!! I will absolutely be returning!

What’s even better, because they operate within the basement of the Tesco car park, you don’t have to wait in the cold, while they are working on your car, as it’s winter at the time of writing this.

Booked my car in for a full monthly deep clean valet costing £110 today. Left car at 12 midday
Returned at 5pm and the guys were busy cleaning other cars. Mine was half done.
Manager said car not ready come back later.
Went back at 6.30pm and told all done. But it wasn’t! No way near done! Leather seat fronts not cleaned. Dust still between seats. Vanity mirrors not cleaned. Bodywork not properly cleaned. When I pointed out the very obvious dust, all I got was sorry I missed that, but when I pointed out the marks on the seats that can be removed with a bit of effort I was told “I’m not a miracle worker” then started getting aggressive.
I’m heavily pregnant & wanted car clean for my new baby. Left me upset and angry.

Their staffs very nice and very professional.

Job is not great money u paid to expensive staff is fighting fighting with their manager
