Four Seasons Car Wash ltd

I will give 3 stars to this hand car wash service I think is fair as is good service but I think over price for what you get.
And I think need to over think the way the do things as I can see the are sharing a car park but the way is managed I think they can do better way as it get busy very fast .

Quality wise this is one of the best hand car washes that I have used and I have been here fairly regularly. Unfortunately someone took a few £££s from my astray during a wash and when I questioned the fat guy that had my key he told me to F off and I should keep money in my pocket not in the car. The young manager came over and made him return my money and handled it well saying it would be dealt with in house. I would never use them again.

I ask to clean my car outside and inside. It’s looks the same way, how I send it to clean. The women say, it’s cost me £17 and after when I see how it’s looks inside, they start complaining that’s will be £25. Really bad way to spoke with costumer, it’s not first time.

These guys dont want to clean your car. There were some marks on my car at the bottom panel and on door. after telling them several times they still didnt clean it properly. Charge me 20 pounds and got rid of me. I came back home and clean the door and bottom panel myself . Whats the point of taking it to car wash than. Would have given -5 stars. Expensive and useless.

I Don't recommend them and will not return. I paid for inside and outside cleaning, very bad quality. I had to point out the areas that were not cleaned and still did a bad cleaning work

I read reviews from others saying they wouldn't return to this place because of poor service but saw that the business owner replied saying they are striving to provide good service and maybe it happened and that they are human beings and people should visit again.

So i though i will try them, well they really don't care.. pictures attached talk by themselves these are after they finished cleaning.. even the dashboard was not done properly.. one of the guys cleaning he was smoking while cleaning my car(don't you provide breaks to your staff for that?)

2stars just because outside was done good enough, if they don't change attitude they'll soon run out of business.

Used these guys before and had a good service but went yesterday and to be honest seemed chaos. Had to ask the guy washing the car to stop letting his jumper zip catch the car constable, they cleaned the inside and totally missed the boot and the exterior washed really dried and and polished went well got home and still marks all over it and boot not cleaned.

Normally go here not a problem. Dropped if off for an inside and out clean, while I went for a 15 min walk, returned to find stereo on full, hand break broken and still sand in door seals and on seats and scratch on door handle. They did not say anything, very disrespectful. I will not be going back.
