Classic Car Wash

Car wasn’t cleaned properly, loads of steaks and running dirty water left on car, alloys still had dirt on them and left grease marks on my leather from some cleaning product they used . The pictures dont do the grease marks justice but are noticeable to the naked eye. Friendly staff but believe they need to be less slap dash and devote time to each car was surprised when they said it was done especially seeing as I was the only car there (no queue). Disappointed to say the least especially for £17.

I mean the picture speaks for itself. I said car needed a really good hoover.

£26 is expensive enough even if a good job is done.

Won’t go there again.

I’m new to the area and I drove past the wash car as my car seriously needed a wash! I wasn’t expecting anything amazing just a standard wash but afterwards the shine that my car had stayed for ages! I was getting compliments on how shiny the car was looking and it made the colour of my car sparkle! This is the only place I will be getting my cars washed as the people here respect every type of car that pulls up and handle it with care - thank you Classic Car Wash 🚙 👍🏽

Having used Classic Car Wash for a number of years they always provide a terrific service. I’ve never been disappointed with the high level of professionalism they provide when it comes to cleaning my car. The owner and his team really know what they’re doing. Keep up the good work guys.👏👏👏

Beware, final price is 3x original quote. Somewhat aggrieved with the customer service I have experienced. Last year I had an unfortunate paint spillage in my boot and I was grateful Classic Car agreed to remove the paint and clean it for me as I was heavily pregnant. I was quoted £100, after leaving I received a phone call to say the job was harder than anticipated and it would be £150. However upon collecting my car I was told it was then £300!

I had no choice but to pay seeing as they had my car keys and had I know that price I would have left it.. especially as the paint could not be removed as it was below the boot. To make matters worse, they tried to jet wash it out - meaning the paint sprayed onto the back of seats and boot cover. I had a photo of before and no this was not from the original spillage.

After paying £300 I had to take the car home and remove the rest of the paint myself, I could not get the paint out of the back of the seats nor boot cover and on recently returning to have my car cleaned I requested they finish the job/correct their error. I was refused as he said it was last year. I was in fact heavily pregnant and isolating due to Covid and then looking after a newborn, hence I had not returned earlier. The whole situation was rather intimidating and I am still pretty hacked off I had to fork out £300 in which they further damaged my car!! Unfortunately the original quote was verbal therefore I couldn't dispute it with my credit card and felt too scared to query it further.

My second experience having the car cleaned was hardly any better, when I checked I was quoted £35 for a quick clean in and out.. only for another man to arrive to tell me it was £53. I refused and said just clean the outside.. when I came back he told me it £30 because they had hoovered inside as well. Very confusing and I wish second time around the customer service redeemed themselves and fixed the paint issue as the outside clean was very good. Won't be back.

Went for an interior and exterior valet on our car that had lots of dog hair and needed a really good clean - so pleased with the outcome, really thorough clean at a reasonable price, and v friendly people!

Staff were really nice, I double checked pricing for the size of car before I handed over the keys, and I was really happy with the service. Will use again!

Extremely hit and miss. I went back after a year as I popped in and they did a good job on my previous car. This time, back to the reason I didn’t go back the first time. Car left dirty on the outside, first glance looks ok, but then you realise it is still dirty. No attention to detail! You gonna charge 28 quid, you need to make sure you actually clean the car
