Asda Car Wash

Absolutely vile experience. Left my car at the car wash while I did shopping came back to collect my car and could see that he had not been cleaned properly. Upon inspection there was fingerprints and watermarks all over my car‘, not only this but only this dirty still remained. I open my boot to check as this is usually where I find the problem that not been vacuumed. And low and behold I could see that all the dirt from the Sahara rain was still on the car.
I went over to call the guy and pay and asked for a wet cloth to wipe down the car.
I was greeted with the most disgusting customer service I’ve ever had in my life and was told this is only a £20 job so what do you expect. I was then told if you do not like it then don’t come back and goodbye. I would never use again. I have attached a picture of the guy that claims he’s the manager and who spoke to me in such a profound manner.

My husband was subjected to a disgusting service at this place. They are absolutely arrogant and poorly behaved. I don't know whether this is new management or an other issue, but it's unacceptable. We came here previously and were always treated like proper customers. The last time. whilst waiting in the queue, they allowed other people to jump in, and had all the valets concentrating on one car whilst we waited. They eventually came to us, we said nothing and we stood outside for them to do inside and out. They did not wash the car properly, then they threw items from inside the car on the wet floor because we asked for areas not cleaned properly to be cleaned. The person in charge was a disgrace, when my husband objected he became aggressive and bad mannered. We will be taking this up with Asda store management. There is some problem brewing if these louts are allowed to behave like this. My husband is a gentlemen but that attitude with a thug or someone with poor control could have turned ugly. There are many places that do not charge £20 for an in and out basic clean with a disgusting attitude.

Went for car wash. A new second hand car from a dealer and was fairly clean. But still didn't do proper wash nor vaccuming.

Always friendly and do a good job. Albeit a few quid more expensive than similar car washes.

Not really good this is what they left, £20 I’d expect at least a proper wipe down, too bad I didn’t check

I have cleaned my car inside or outside at Wembley asda . West of money i recommend dont clean there . Dont dont clean property and also they charge me £30

Good service. The guys were friendly, quick and energetic. I didn't have to wait for long to get my car clean. You can either stay there while car is washed or you can leave your car and go shopping. By the time you come back your car will be ready.
