Massive thank you to your awesome staff. Looks like I'll be driving all the way from Hackney here just to get my car cleaned 😀
I paid for a wash inside and out. I noticed on return to my vehicle water dripping from the wing mirrors. Whilst I appreciate this is common, as far as I am concerned for as long as I am still on the premises if I see streams of water dripping that WILL leave water marks, when I ask for them to be dried it shouldn't be an issue!
So that's what I did. He already had already taken my money btw so don't pay them until you have inspected your vehicle. The guy said yes someone will come and do it. Waiting ...... so I ask again for the second time he says yes yes someone will do it. Sitting in my car waiting for 2-3 mins (I can see all these people walking around with drying cloths) no one comes! I get out of my car annoyed now and ask for the 3rd time. The guy eventually comes over arguing with me that it has already been dried but yet we can both see the waterfalls on my door!
Anyways eventually another lady comes over and wipes it dry like I requested I make it clear to him I will not be returning there again.
Inside of the car filthy and barley cleaned. Foot prints still On the back seats, dash boards not cleaned. Slap dash hovering and sticky substance left on my seats. No air freshener which is standard for a £12 wash!
If I could give ZERO stars I would. The rain does a better job of cleaning my car .
So I came back in again today 13/05 and honestly my car came back worse than it came in.
My car is black and there were so many streaky marks all over it, I’ve literally had to go to another car wash.
A bottle of window cleaner was left on my front passenger seat and it’s leaked out on to the leather, worried it’s going to damage the heated seat element under the leather now.
Car was just rushed and I feel very let down.
Just had to pay another £20.00 from another car wash to sort it out, windows were also left dirty.
I’m guessing you were just busy and had to rush a little but still I’m very unhappy with the service received.
The footwells were awash with water as mats were still soaking wet. Obviously inside they only had the cab to clean but even that was still dirty.
£25 later and I had to finish the job properly when I got home.
My advice - go elsewhere even if they're a bit more expensive.
