Luis Hand Car Wash

Very disappointed!! Just came from a disappointing experience wen i was left with a scratch on the right side of my car...and wen i pointed out that the gentleman was using his belt while drying the car all they said was "sorry" and thank..like its not their problem..and had the nerve of charging me for their services. I can say that £6 for a outside wash is cheap but it can become very expensive...

Seriously, this has to be the worst car wash ever, don't waste your money on this. I had to come home and go around the car again. The window wasn't clean properly, the wheels looked like they just been jet washed n not with soap n sponge. They have plenty people working there but absolutely shocking in terms of giving a good service clean. Be warned and save yourself from this car wash.

Worst car wash ever! You will pay a high price premium but receive a below standard service. So by the time you leave the car wash your car will remain unclean.

When you question about the cleaniness of the work, you will receive rudeness by staff on a level I've never seen before! They are crooks, running a so-called car wash when they don't know the meaning of washing!

Disgusting customer service! My car was left dirty and charged double prelockdown. They are also misleading people on prices and charging whatever they feel like! Never again will I use this car wash - please boycott!

They did not wash the car and charged double from pre lockdown. Alloys were dirty as they didn't clean properly. Refused to clean it saying too busy. Misleading people on charges. will report to trading standards!

Shitest car wash ever wouldnt recommend anyone to go there. They dont even know what they are doing. They use dirty clothes that scratches your car

Would not give this place any stars, post lockdown restrictions price has gone up to 20 quid for outside and inside clean. Wouldn't mind paying extra if the job was done good. Inside cup holders not cleaned, boot not cleaned at all and stains not properly cleaned on outside. On challenging staff there response was sorry we are busy. Definitely one to avoid

Called me a liar when I had asked for a certain service. Luckily I had a witness to confirm what I had said. Told me to leave after confronting him about it. Avoid, they’re rude here.
