Worst car wash ever, poor service, very rude manager. My car wasn't clean properly they asked me to pay £25 for a non cleaned car then when I complained to them the Mr Manager was so so rude and start to took a pictures with no permission, then he was swearing in his language to my face. He took my £25 then then when I asked for my receipt Mr. Manager said now get lost now get lost what a customer service. NOW TESCO REALLY NEED TO TAKE AN ACTION With THIS

Poor Service...... unnecessarily expensive .... No value for money whatsoever.... I was charged £22 for the same service I get 2 mins away from Tesco goodmayes for £10. The Manager was rude, he had no respect for customers.... this will make me think twice to even come to Tesco for get even coming to waves for a standard car wash for £22. Bunch of thieves. Do not throw your hard earned money here.... you are much better off going where they offer a good service for a reasonable price and not the other way around!!!

They just don't clean your car properly, the soap is watered down. It's similar to washing your car with cold water. They also turned my radio on to a rap music channel which is disliked.

I m mini cab driver but them staff is very disrespectful and manager try to fight but I ignore them because they don't told me about price before start to wash they are charging 22£

Terrible experience. I came back to pick up my motorbike and the manager was adamant that I hadn't paid, even though I knew I did just before I left the bike with them. The situation started to turn sour, until several members of his staff confirmed that I, indeed, had paid. Furthermore, once I got home I noticed some mat drip marks on the motorbike frame, that is normally gloss black. I somehow managed to salvage it with some T-Cut, but it is still visible. £10 for this ?? Having the frame ruined with some wheel cleaner? Asda in Merrielands Retail Park only charge £6, and do a much better job.

They were quick an thorough. Though they have stopped doing club card points which was their usp. I will most likely use them again.
