Verona car valeting centre

Not a great experience. Note: I have a black car so I know it shows everything! However, several panels on the car still had unwashed areas clearly visible to the naked eye including right in front of me on the windscreen. Can't say I'll be returning sorry

Got to be the worst wash I've seen. My own fault for not checking. Basically wheels we're lighty cleaned and patches of dirt on 4 panels!,£15 bargain NOT

Beware because they have a lot of fake reviews saying how great they are. Avoid them and find a decent hand car wash in Chester. They are definitely one of the worst you will come across. And if you decide you still want to use them don’t pay until you fully checked your car and are fully happy with the work… because they will try to get you to pay first before the job is finished. I have no respect for lazy people not willing to do their job properly… £10 is way too much for a wash and go… and to make matters worse they didn’t even wash it properly… the alloy wheels and the car panels were still dirty after paying £10… I would not mind paying £10 if that reflected a great service. But it wasn’t the case. Don’t be scammed

Just paid £40 for the worlds worst mini valet. Polish left on the windscreen & mirrors so you couldn’t see through them. Dashboard not touched, was still thick with dust. Door sills not touched, still muddy. Door pockets not cleaned. They just passed the book when we returned to complain. One of the blokes from there came to the car and give it a quick flick over but wasn’t much of an improvement. DO NOT use this car wash it is way over priced for a very poor attempt of a valet. We will never return.

I think out of convenience I returned here. The previous time I wasn't impressed with the job they had done. Same this time. They have used cleaning sprays which have marked the inside of the car. They missed plenty of hoovering, cleaning of door surrounds. Before even leaving the grounds the car had mud splashed on, which I asked them to clean off. £40, total waste. Avoiding in future.

Did not wash my car properly, I wish I had done it myself. Refused to dry the car and didn’t even put tyre shine… but got paid £10 pounds for the poor work. Everyone please avoid this place like a plague… they are not nice people at all.

First time here I decided to get my Toyota Yaris cross cleaned,it took about 10 mins and I was charged £15,my car is classed as a small suv,won’t use again

Dropped my car here this morning for a full valet as due to be valued for sale this afternoon
Approx 2 hours so I popped to the supermarket
It’s a 5 seater £80 but gentleman said £100, then £90, but price board stated £80
Collected (gentleman still working on the outside) and drove home,
I had to clean the alloys as they were filthy
I had to dust the dash and sill as they hadn’t been done
Sat nav screen was dirty as was mirror and rear wi Dow…
Driver mat sopping wet but others were fine, so it was a slip hazard
Very disappointed for the price…
