Waves Hand Car Wash Burgess Hill

I've been using this company for a while to clean my car - however, today was the last time - I paid for a Gold Service and got a boy scout quality clean!
Last year I dared complain that the inside was smeary and when I returned next time they refused to wash my car because I had previously complained. I spoke to Napoleon (owner?) who got the surly guy to clean it.
Back to today and my car came back to me cleaner but not clean - dirty plastic trims inside, carpets still with bits in it and the joins in the leather full of crumbs (yes, my bad!). When I highlighted the crumbs the operative said they couldn't get into the joins for fear of damaging the seats. The callipers (red, of course) were still dirty too. Rear seats still dirty, Rear seat belts dirty.
£35 value for money? Nope.
To reiterate I got a boy scout pocket money clean for a professional car wash price.

I visited this car wash for 1st time last week as I have just relocated to the area. They did a really nice job on the exterior of my car as I had a couple of scratches which they managed to remove at not extra cost. I was really happy with job and I will be going back there again as it is really convenient when I am doing my shopping.

I visited Waves Hand Carwash this morning and was super impressed with the service and the work. My car is a super car so it is important to be that it is cleaned with care and in detail. the guys did a fantastic job and the wax work looks amazing too!

This was my first time but it certainly won’t be my last!

I have used this company once before (a few months ago) and they did a very good/professional job cleaning my vehicle, but unfortunately I can’t say the same about the outcome last week. Very similar experience to others who have posted a review recently. Quite a few patches missed, and a number of new small scratches and abrasions. When I raised the issue the guy denied any knowledge and proceeded to go over the dirty patches with a dry polishing cloth, causing further small abrasions. When I called Waves and hit the option to log a complaint the recorded message instructed me to take it up with person who had washed the car - completely unhelpful. Will not use this company again. Top money charged for a very poor service.

I have been to this car wash several times and have never been disappointed they always do an excellent job and are very thorough. Very convenient location with a Tesco next to it. The staff are also very polite, I highly recommended!

My wife used their services and was extremely happy. The price quoted was what was charged and the vehicle was clean and spotless. We will be happy to use their services again

Left car for a wash, was told 15mins, returned 40mins later, car wing is scratched, the guy washing my car was literally polishing the dirt into the panels, when I complained told me he didn’t scratch my car and it wasn’t finished, when I asked why was he polishing it if it wasn’t finished being washed he just started making excuses, asked for my car keys back as I needed to collect my little boy and I wasn’t paying for 1. A scratched wing, 2. A dirty car. owner refused to return my keys and I had to call the police, shocking service, I asked for a copy of their complaints procedure and he told
