I was delighted to find this hand wash service in March, but although there was only one car in the valet area, service was slow and no drying was offered (or a discount as a result). Fortunately this suited me as it had taken so long. Other than that, the wash was good.

Poor service, the car still was dirty.

Did not vacuum down the side of the seats or under the mats

Very poor attitude not professional what so ever still missing parts of the body work when I politely asked to do the parts they missed again all I got was a mouth full of abuse. And as for vacuuming the inside not good at all £10 is yo much for what the end product was.
