Asda Gravesend Car Park valeting

Terrible service, been told that I need to pay extra at first because my car is really dirty and it will need more cleaning.
I did agree to pay extra as I was expecting a good service from them as they have been highly recommended by a friend.
When I left the driver door was in the same state as it was when I brought the car there, with coffee on it and wasn't even touched.
I definitely won't go back there after I have paid extra plus generous tip to have to wash the car myself afterwards.

The worst service I ever have. I wash my car in the morning and I have to turn back.When I see they aren’t interested I give up.I’m not happy at all but I still have to pay 😕

Have been using the services of this car wash for quite some time now, and can honestly say every valet/wash is done to the highest standard.
All the staff are fully trained and take great care and pride in the work they do, I would not take my car anywhere else. I Would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent car wash, and great quality control by the friendly owner, who is always present and watching over his staff. I have tested most of the car washes in the area and will only use this one as I am an extremely fussy customer . My Bentley and Range Rover always look as good as new when I drive away!

Ever since moving to Gravesend i have struggled to find a great car wash and then i came here and that changed, been using their services for a good 6 months now and flawless everytime, highly recommend!
